Glutathione is an antioxidant molecule which is made up of glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. It is known as the mother of all antioxidants. Glutathione is present in plants, animals, fungi, and bacteria. Our body has the capability to produce its own glutathione but due to several factors like stress, toxins, unhealthy lifestyle our body loses its ability to produce glutathione.
